1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the 3asqManga mobile application ("the App") or visiting this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App or website.

2. Product Nature & Content Disclaimer

3asqManga is designed and distributed strictly as an offline reading progress notebook:

• No Content Hosting: The App does not contain, host, store, index, or distribute digital manga, comic pages, images, translations, or reading materials.
• No Scraping: The App does not connect to or scrape external manga reading portals or pirate websites.
• Independent Reading: You are solely responsible for obtaining and accessing reading materials through lawful and authorized channels.

3. License Grant & Permitted Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use 3asqManga on compatible Apple devices (iPhone, iPad) owned or controlled by you, strictly for your personal, non-commercial reading tracking in accordance with these Terms.

4. User Content & Data Ownership

Any titles, reading notes, volume/chapter/page counts, and cover images that you choose to store within 3asqManga remain your sole property.

• All user data is stored locally in your device's private SQLite storage sandbox.
• We do not claim any ownership rights over your personal notes or reading lists.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your device and creating any local backups.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or intellectual property rights.
• Circumvent or disable any security or technical controls built into the application or iOS.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The 3asqManga name, branding, logo icon, application interface design, website assets, and software code are the intellectual property of 3asqManga. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS, BUGS, OR INTERRUPTIONS, OR THAT YOUR SAVED LOCAL DATA WILL BE COMPLETELY IMMUNE TO LOSS RESULTING FROM HARDWARE MALFUNCTION, OS UPDATES, OR DEVICE DAMAGE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 3ASQMANGA, ITS CREATORS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, TIME, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

9. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of applicable jurisdictions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be made available on this website with the revised effective date. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
